29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) Mom Pops Corp. located at 216 Birch St. Kenneth Square, Pennsylvania 19348- On or about March 4, 2024, the employer did not ensure procedures were developed for the control of potentially hazardous energy on a Pico Polos Popsicle Doser. The Pico Polos Popsicle Doser was not de-energized while an employee was operating the machine manually, thereby exposing the employee to caught-in between hazards.
