29 CFR 1926.303(b)(1): Grinding machines were not equipped with safety guards in conformance with the requirements of ANSI B7.1-1970, Safety Code for the Use, Care, and Protection of abrasive wheels, and paragraph (d) of this section.   On or about February 28, 2024, in Area A, Sequence 2, an employee was using a hand grinder power tool that did not have a wheel safety guard.
