29 CFR  1903.19(d)(1):The employer did not submit to the Agency documents demonstrating that abatement is complete for each willful or repeat violation and for any serious violation for which the Agency indicates in the citation that such abatement documentation is required.  a) On or about 02/29/2024,  for the site located at 104 Maple Lane, Syracuse, NY 13212:  The employer failed to provide abatement certification for citation 1-3 identified in the inspection of this workplace. An abatement demand letter was sent to the employer on November 14, 2024.

29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): The employer did not prevent employee(s) from working in proximity to an electric power circuit that the employee could contact during the course of work and the employee(s) were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing the circuit and grounding it or by guarding it effectively by insulation or other means:  a) On or about 02/29/2024, at the site located at 104 Maple Lane, Syracuse, NY 13212: Workers were not protected from electrical shock when using multiple tools, including but not limited to pneumatic nail guns and hammers in close proximity to incoming electrical service.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    a) On or about 02/29/2024, at the site located at 104 Maple Lane, Syracuse, NY 13212: Workers performing roofing activities on a roof pitch of 8:12 were not utilizing fall protection.  Workers were exposed to a fall distance of 9 feet.
