29 CFR 1910.141(c)(1)(i): Toilet facilities were not provided in accordance with TABLE J-1 of this Section: On or about March 5, 2024, and at times prior thereto, employees were not provided access to the use of a toilet facility at the worksite during work hours. Employees in need of toilet facilities were required to cross the highway without the protection of traffic control devices to use the facilities at another business.
