29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): (a)(a) On or about March 5, 2024, employees engaged in housekeeping were exposed to hazardous materials, such as but not limited to, laundry detergents, stain removers, concentrated window/glass cleaner, Oasis Multi-Quat Sanitizer, Citrus-Kleen, and Nuetra-Cide 256. The employer had not developed and implemented a program which would address labeling and other forms of warnings on hazardous material containers, Safety Data Sheets, and employee information and training on the hazards associated with the hazardous materials utilized on site. The written program must also contain the following: 1. A list of all hazardous materials on site; 2. The methods the employer will use to inform employees of the hazards associated with non-routine tasks involving hazardous materials, such as spills; 3. The hazards of the materials contained in piping that is not labeled, and; 4. The method the employer will use to inform other employers (contractors) of the chemicals their employees might be exposed to while performing duties at the site.
