29 CFR  1910.178(l)(3)(i)(A):  Powered industrial truck operators did not receive training on operating instructions, warnings, and precautions for the types of truck the operator was authorized to operate:  Warehouse:  On and/or before March 05, 2024, employees conducted warehouse tasks operating various powered industrial trucks.  The employer had not provided operating instructions on all types of powered industrial trucks to all employees tasked to use them which potentially exposed employees to fractures, nerve injuries, lacerations, and dermal bruising from struck-by hazards.
