29 CFR 1910.132(f)(1)(v): Employee(s) required to use PPE by this section were not trained to know the proper care, maintenance, useful life, and disposal of the PPE: (a) USSC Group, Inc. located at 101 Gordon Drive, Exton, PA 19341: On or about March 6, 2024, the employer did not ensure that employees performing welding activities were trained to know the proper care and maintenance of the PPE. Heavy metals such as Chromium Metal, Copper Fume, Manganese Fume, Nickel, and Iron were detected within the employee's welding helmet face shield during a wipe sample.
