29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with a lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by the employee(s) working from an aerial lift. On or about March 6, 2024, on the southwest side of the project site, an employee was utilizing a JGL 660SJ Telescopic Boom Lift without the use of a body belt as a tethering/restraint system while performing siding work on the exterior of a building at heights greater than ten (10) feet.
