(b)Associated Milk Producers Inc. at 136 West Railway Street, Freeman SD 57069: On or about and at times prior to March 6, 2024, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from caught-in hazards in that the chain and sprocket, located on the southeast corner of the dryer, was not adequately guarded. This condition exposed employees to caught-in and amputation hazards.
