29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(i):Unused openings in boxes, raceways, auxiliary gutters, cabinets, equipment cases, or housings shall be effectively closed to afford protection substantially equivalent to the wall of the equipment. (a) On or about March 5, 2024, located S52W24082 Glendale Road Waukesha, WI 53189, the employer did not ensure that the equipment casing on a electrical outlet and light switch located within the exam room #4 was secured and covered with a face plate, exposing employees to an electrical shock hazard while performing operations.
