Condition observed on or about 3/7/23.   c) Production floor: Employees were exposed to fire, deflagration and explosion hazards due to the 5" Flexaust hoses connected to a Beach MFG Co. dust collection system that had non-conductive wiring and were collecting combustible dust from a large table saw and sanding table machines,.
