29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees. (a) On or about March 7, 2024, employees working in the Paint Dry Room were exposed to a 120 volt electrical hazard from an electrical extension cord that had damaged secondary insulation, which exposed electrical wires with intact primary insulation wires.
