29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toe boards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. On or about March 5, 2024, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure that employees engaged in roofing activities were tied off or protected from fall hazards of approximately 16 feet to the ground below.
