29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point of operation guards were not designed and constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of their body in the danger zone during the operating cycle: Location: 100 Lehigh Drive, Fairfield, NJ 07004 a) The employer failed to ensure guards on a Compression Machine T11, pill press, were secured to prevent employees from opening the guards to clear jams while the machine was in operation. Violation occurred on or about February 28, 2024
