29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): At the jobsites located at Lots 11 and 2 SW 2nd St Blue Springs, Missouri 64064, employees were exposed to serious fall hazards. Employees conducting residential framing work were observed working at elevations above 6 feet from the next lower level without utilizing adequate fall protection systems. Instances include but are not limited to: Instance 1. Employees conducting residential framing work at heights greater than 6 feet to the next lower level without any form of fall protection on lot 11. Instance 2. Employees conducting residential framing work at heights greater than 6 feet to the next lower level without any form of fall protection on lot 2.
