Billings, MT 59101: On or about March 4, 2024 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately twelve feet to the ground while preparing the residential home for travel. The employer failed to evaluate the work process to identify the required personal protective equipment necessary to protect employees from fall hazards.
