Citation 1, Item 2, a serious violation of 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) with an abatement date of July 23, 2024. Citation 1, Item 3, a serious violation of 29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1) with an abatement date of August 12, 2024. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATIONS OF THE CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
