29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4):Work rest(s) on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one eighth inch: a) 5495 Dahlia Street, Commerce City CO; Bench Grinder: On or about March 4, 2024, and at times prior, employees were exposed to caught in hazards while performing grinding operations on the abrasive wheel side of the DeWalt D756 Bench Grinder whose work rest guard was adjusted greater than 1/8" away from the wheel.
