29 CFR 1910.178(q)(1): Any power-operated industrial truck not in safe operating condition was not taken out of service, and/or repairs were not made by authorized personnel: (a) 323 West High St, Pottstown PA 19464, facility - On or about March 11, 2024, Allis-Chalmers forklift, Serial Number AJN511907, was not maintained in safe operating condition. Hydraulic fluid was leaking from the mast which can cause failure during operations.
