A) New Commercial Construction at Rosemoor Subdivision, 917 Florum Drive, Building 3, Lot 18, McDonough, GA 30252, Roof: On or about 03/07/2024, the employer exposed an employee to fall hazards while working on a roof with an eave height greater than 25 feet to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided while employees were engaged in framing activities.
