29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  a) New commercial construction located at 720 Atlanta Hwy., Cumming, GA 30040, Top Plate: On or about 03/12/2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 15-feet, 10-inches to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in framing activities.

29 CFR  1926.403(b)(1):Employer did not ensure that electrical equipment is free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees:  a) New commercial construction located at 720 Atlanta Hwy., Cumming, GA 30040: On or about 03/12/2024, the employer failed to inspect all electrical extension cords used to provide power to electric tools employees were using, in that a orange 50-ft. electrical cord was damaged and exposing the internal insulated energized wires. An inspection of these cords was not performed prior to the shift as these cords were not repaired or removed from service.
