29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) On or about March 12, 2024, employees setting 4'x8' sheets of plywood on a roof were exposed to a fall of approximately 21.7-feet at 3709 Sudbury Road, Shaker Heights, Ohio 44120; the employer did not ensure each employee engaged in residential framing activities at 21.7-feet above the lower level were protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.
