29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) 750 Claremont Road, Carlisle, PA 17013 - Main Plant, press area: On or about March 12, 2024, employees were exposed to injurious corrosive substances of the eyes and skin while utilizing pH adjuster (The J.M. Fry Company SF PH Adjuster) and suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body was not provided. b) 750 Claremont Road, Carlisle, PA 17013 - Building 2, digital printing area: On or about March 12, 2024, employees were exposed to injurious corrosive substances of the eyes while utilizing inks (EFI Nozomi 01 inks in orange, violet, yellow, magenta, cyan, and black) and suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes was not provided. No abatement documentation or certification is required.
