Fry Company SF PH Adjuster) and suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body was not provided.  b) 750 Claremont Road, Carlisle, PA 17013 - Building 2, digital printing area:  On or about March 12, 2024, employees were exposed to injurious corrosive substances of the eyes while utilizing inks (EFI Nozomi 01 inks in orange, violet, yellow, magenta, cyan, and black) and suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes was not provided.  No abatement documentation or certification is required.
