On or about March 6, 2024, at the site, the employer did not provide a method of guarding the rotating parts on the Kosme Unicol Bottle Labeler machine, exposing employees to caught-in hazards. b. On or about March 12, 2024, at the site, the employer did not provide a method of guarding the bottling production line (Pearson Packaging Systems) conveyor belt rollers, exposing employees to caught-in hazards.
