Crossbraces shall not be used as a means of access. a- 619 N Maple Ave, Ho Ho Kus NJ: An employees engaged in brick laying activities was exposed to falls while climbing the tubular welded frame scaffold members and cross bracing as a means of scaffold access had not been utilized.
