29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  Location: First Floor Finishing Department  Instance #1: On or about March 11, 2024, employee was injured when the employee reached down into an unguarded moving roller and was pulled into the Coater machine.  Instance #2: On or about March 13, 2024, the rolling brushes on a running Coater machine were not guarded exposing employees to lacerations, broken bones, and amputations.
