29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a- 634 Cambridge Drive, Ramsey NJ: Employees engaged in Tyvek barrier installation positioned on an unprotected balcony were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20ft from an unprotected balcony edge to the ground below as personal fall arrest harnesses were worn but not secured to prevent fall hazards. Condition observed on or about 03/13/2024.
