After that time, that data was not made available to the Secretary when requested.     On or about March 12, 2024, a trench dug on a two lane public street located by the northwest side of an apartment's complex where engineering or trench tabulated data used on the shoring system was not maintained at jobsite or made available for Compliance Officer's review.
