29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1): Employee(s) were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge: On or about March 14, 2024 in the following instances: (a) In the stockroom, where the lock was installed backwards so that a key was required to unlock the door from within the stockroom; (b) In the sales area, the former entrance into the store from the mall hallway was locked and the panic bar was inoperable.
