29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers. LOCATION: The jobsite scaffolding at 53 Powell St. On or about March 12th, 2024: Employees were exposed to a fafll of 15 feet to the foundation below when he employer did not prevent them from working on an unstable board at the face of the scaffolding.

29 CFR 1926.454(a): The employer did not have each employee who performed work while on a scaffold trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards. LOCATION: The worksite at 53 Powell St. On or about March 12th, 2024: The Employer did not ensure that the workers utilizing the scaffolding to perform their work duties were trained in the safe use of the scaffolding they worked on.
