29 CFR 1917.152(d)(1)(xvi): Oxygen cylinders were not separated from fuel gas cylinders and combustible materials by either a minimum distance of 20 feet (6.1 m) or a barrier having a fire-resistance rating of 30 minutes. a) Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) Maintenance Bay : On or about 03/12/2024 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to a fire/explosion hazard; in that oxygen and fuel gas cylinders were not separated or did not have a fire resistant barrier.
