29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(i): Unused opening in electrical cabinets were not effectively closed to provide substantially equivalent protection to the equipment: On or about March 12, 2024, on the east wall of Milling Machine Shop #2 and adjacent to Pipe Beveling Machine #6131, a Cutler Hammer breaker box's cover was removed, exposing workers to an arc flash and electric hazard when walking by the breaker boxes.
