On or about March 13, 2024, at 7879 S Orange Blossom Trail, Orlando, FL 32809, employees were exposed to fall hazards, in that the employer failed to enforce the use of fall protection while working from the aerial lift.

On or about March 13, 2024, at 7879 S Orange Blossom Trail Orlando, FL 332809, the employer did not have fall protection training certificates for employees exposed to  more than 10 foot fall hazards while engaged in construction activities.
