If such hazards are present, or likely to be present, the employer shall: 29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): On or about March 8, 2024, an employee was wearing a glove while operating the Clausing Drill Press (MN: 1668/SN:531881). This exposed the employee to amputation hazards while operating the drill press at 6 Industrial Loop in Hannibal, MO.
