29 CFR  1910.37(b)(2): Each exit must be clearly visible and marked by a sign reading "Exit":  a) Ridgway Industries Inc located at 60 Walnut Street, Suite 4, Marcus Hook, PA 19061 - On or about March 14, 2024, the employer did not ensure that each emergency exit was clearly visible and marked by a sign reading "Exit." The exit door in the Courtyard area attached to the Production Room did not have an "Exit" sign, thereby exposing employees working in the Production Room to fire hazards.

29 CFR  1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:   a)  Ridgway Industries Inc located at 60 Walnut Street, Suite 4, Marcus Hook, PA 19061 - On or about March 14, 2024, employees were not provided effective information/training on the hazardous chemicals in their work areas. Employees are exposed to hazardous chemicals such as but not limited to:  -Glycine, N,N'-1,2-Ethanediylbis[N-(carboxymethyl)-, sodium salt (1:4), sodium hydroxide (NA(OH)), and glycine, N,N-BIS(carboxymethyl)-, sodium salt (1:3), as contained in Versene 100 Chelating Agent Dow. -Hypochlorous acid, sodium salt (1:1), as contained in Sodium Hypochlorite 12.5%. -Poly(oxy-1,2-ethanediyl),.alpha.-hydro-.omega.-hydroxy-, Mono-C8-10-alkyl ethers, phosphates, phosphoric acid, as contained in MACAT RA-600. -etc.
