The employee would need to reference different sections in the general procedures in the  AMAT manual for a Cryo Pump Replacement for Tool AB06 (AMAT (Varian) Model -  Viista 810XPT, SN #: ES138450).  The different sections and the  the AMAT manual did not allow the employee to go through the energy control procedure in a specific step-by-step process for Tool AB06.  The energy sources included 208V pump power, High Voltage Enable: 200KV, N2, and CDA.
