29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about 3/14/2024, during the installation of framing material at a job site located at 1231 Medina Rd, Medina Ohio 44256; the employer did not ensure employees were protected from a fall of 12.1 while actively working on a residential roof. The employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 12.1 feet to the ground while working on a roof of a single-family home installing framing material without the use of fall protection and or a fall protection system.
