29 CFR  1926.501(b)(11):Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  Jobsite:  The employees who were working on 10 pitch roofs with eve heights up to 43 feet 8 inches above the ground, was not protected from fall hazards by the use guardrails, safety nets or a personal fall arrest system.  Northeast Framing, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.502(a)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1520850, citation number 1, item number 1-a and was affirmed as a final order on 08 December 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 50 Leo M Birmingham Highway, BOSTON, MA 02135.
