29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.  a) Rooftop: On or about August 26, 2025, the employer did not ensure an employee was protected from struck-by hazards while operating power tools without protective eyewear.  Northeast Framing Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1693235, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 1/31/2024, with respect to a workplace located at 175 Milton Street, Boston, MA 02124.

Northeast Framing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1734837, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 9/9/2024, with respect to a workplace located at 105 Greenmanville Avenue, Mystic, CT 06355.
