29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(ii):29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(ii): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace: a) Garrett Brown Furniture, LLC, 3300 W 71st Ave Unit 102 WESTMINSTER, CO 80030: On or about March 12th, 2024, and at times prior, employees were exposed to respiratory hazards when conducting welding operations. The employer did not provide medical evaluations to employees required to use the respirators as required in 1910.134(c)(1)(ii). b) Garrett Brown Furniture, LLC, 3300 W 71st Ave Unit 102 WESTMINSTER, CO 80030: On or about March 12th, 2024, and at times prior, employees were exposed to respiratory hazards when conducting welding operations. The employer did not provide fit testing procedures for tight-fitting respirators to employees required to use the respirators as required in 1910.134(c)(1)(iii).
