29 CFR  1910.1001(j)(5)(i): The employer did not affix signs or labels so that employees would be notified of what materials contain ACM and/or PACM to materials that were previously identified to be ACM and/or PACM.  GLEN CANYON NATIONAL RECREATION AREA PARK WIDE: At buildings presumed to contain asbestos material, the employer did not post labels or signs in areas where they could be clearly noticed by employees who were required to perform Class II and Class III asbestos maintenance activities, exposing employees to health hazards.
