Or in the alternative:  29 CFR 1926.1060(a)(1)(iii): The employer did not ensure that each employee using ladders and/or stairways had been trained by a competent person in the proper construction, use, placement, and care in handling the ladders and/or stairways:  a)  On or about March 12, 2024, and at times prior to, at 1590 Jamaica Court, Marco Island, FL 34145, employees engaged in installation/repair of air conditioning equipment were exposed to fall hazards, and the employer did not provide training in the proper construction, use, placement, and care in handling ladders and/or stairways for the recognition and prevention of fall hazards.
