29 CFR 1926.403(i)(1)(ii): Working space about electric equipment operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less was used for storage: a) On or about 3/4/2024, at the mechanical room area of the site, West Seneca, NY. Three A-frame ladders were stored in the electric panel area, Panel 2 120/208 Volt, 100 Amp. The distance from the ladders to the panel were 1-foot 8-inch and 2-foot 6-inch, 3-foot working space required was used for storage. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
