29 CFR 1926.701(b):All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and/or into which employees could fall, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement: (a) 300 Heights Lane, Feasterville Trevose, PA, Jobsite, North Wall: On or about March 14, 2024, masonry employees and other trades were exposed to impalement hazards in the immediate work area from approximately 20 uncapped rebar, protruding not less than 18 inches out of the ground.
