This condition exposed employees to struck-by hazards. (b)Summit Contracting, Inc. at 36581 SD Highway 44, Platte, SD 57369: On or about and at times prior to March 15, 2024, the employer did not ensure that the Lull JLG 644E-42 All-Terrain Telescopic Material Handler was marked to identify the weight of the truck and the personnel/materials platform attachment.
