29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead.  Los Angeles Field Office: On and/or before March 15, 2024, the employees conducted service weapon components scrubbing and cleaning operation on an as needed basis. The employer did not ensure that the weapon cleaning station located on the 13th floor was free and/or maintained clear of accumulation of lead which potentially exposed employees to reproductive and central nervous system hazards.  Notice 2 Item 1, 29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1) as required by 29 CFR 1960.8(b): The employer failed to ensure all surfaces were maintained and/or free as practicable of accumulation of lead. The employer was cited for a violation of the same standard on September 18, 2023, Inspection 1679386, October 16, 2023, final order date and means of abatement.
