29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles.   a) 153 Geering Terrace, Paramus NJ: An employee engaged in framing activities using a pneumatic nail gun was exposed to eye loss and eye injury as eye protection was not being utilized. Condition observed on or about 03/18/2024.  Guadalupe Construction LLC, Inc was previously cited for serious violations of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1545604, Citation # 1, Item # 2, issued on 09/17/2021 with respect to a workplace located at 813 Harrison Street, Frenchtown NJ 08823. This citation became a final order on 10/14/2021.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a) 153 Geering Terrace, Paramus NJ: An employee engaged in framing activities on a 6 on 12 pitch roof was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 25-30 feet to the asphalt below as a means of fall protection was not being utilized. Condition observed on or about 03/18/2024.  Guadalupe Construction LLC, Inc was previously cited for serious violations of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1545604, Citation # 1, Item # 3, issued on 09/17/2021 with respect to a workplace located at 813 Harrison Street, Frenchtown NJ 08823. This citation became a final order on 10/14/2021.
