Gasoline fueled air compressor was used on site to power electric equipment such as a circular saw and nail gun to perform the framing activities, on or about 3/25/2025.

Guadalupe Construction LLC,) was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard  29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1735240, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/17/2024, with respect to a workplace located at 153 Geering Terrace, Paramus, NJ 07652.  2. Guadalupe Construction LLC, Inc was previously cited for serious violations of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1545604, Citation number 1, Item number 2,  and was affirmed as a final order on 10/14/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 813 Harrison Street, Frenchtown, NJ 08823.
