On or about 3/18/24, scaffolds at the site of 135-56 19th Ave. Whitestone, NY    Employees working from tubular welded frame scaffolds which were erected on the second floor, were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 12-feet to the floor below or 30-feet to the ground in the front of the house while installing the roof framework for a 2-story house.
