OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees.  Location: Westbury Road Brockton, Ma 02301  On March 15, 2024, employees were exposed to a prefabricated wall falling from the standing up and connection process where the temporary anchors were not secured correctly, pulled out,  and caused the wall to fall on an employee while erecting.
